Michael Kors in Palma de Mallorca seeks a Part-time Concession Sales Associate to drive sales and deliver exceptional customer service.

Role & Responsibilities
- Drive sales performance by delivering exceptional, personalised customer service and building long‑term client relationships.
- Support and communicate company policies and commercial directives at the concession level.
- Manage stock control activities including receiving, inventory accuracy and replenishment.
- Assist with product presentation and execute the company’s visual merchandising standards.
- Contribute to daily store operations to ensure a high standard of shopfloor appearance and functioning.
- Forecast and communicate store product needs to optimise availability and minimise stock gaps.
- Help grow and maintain a strong customer database through proactive clienteling and follow‑up.
Qualifications
- Proven retail experience in fashion, preferably within a concession or premium brand environment.
- Strong interpersonal, communication and organisational skills with demonstrable customer‑service excellence.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced retail setting and adapt to changing commercial priorities.
- Flexibility to work varied hours according to retail trading requirements.
- Capacity to work both independently with minimal supervision and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Analytical problem‑solving skills: able to identify issues, gather facts and reach valid conclusions.
Skills
Experience
Previous experience in fashion retail is required; experience working within a concession model or premium/luxury brand environment is strongly preferred.
Education
Secondary education (high school). Vocational training or certificates in retail, fashion merchandising or related disciplines are advantageous.
