Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver an elevated, personalised customer experience to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Execute daily store operations with precision, including merchandising, stock management and point-of-sale transactions.
  • Manage priorities and multitask effectively to achieve individual productivity goals.
  • Develop and maintain lasting client relationships through trend knowledge, styling advice and proactive clienteling.
  • Collaborate with store management to devise and implement initiatives that maximise personal and store sales.
  • Drive omnichannel sales by leveraging available tools and technology to convert and fulfil client demand.

  • Flexible availability to work retail hours, including evenings, weekends and peak periods.

Experience
