Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver an elevated, personalized customer experience that drives sales and long-term client relationships.
- Execute daily store operational tasks with accuracy and attention to brand standards.

- Support omnichannel business by leveraging digital tools and available sales technologies to convert clients across channels.
- Continuously develop product and styling knowledge to advise and inspire customers.

Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of relevant retail sales experience, ideally in fashion or luxury retail.
- Proven self-starter with a demonstrable track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Energetic, motivated and able to act as a genuine brand ambassador.
- Strong customer-service orientation with a passion for styling and fashion.
- Comfortable using technology to support sales and client engagement; entrepreneurial mindset.

Experience
Requires a minimum of 2+ years of relevant retail experience, preferably within fashion or luxury environments, with a proven ability to meet sales objectives and build client relationships.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; additional retail, fashion, or customer-service training preferred.
