Role & Responsibilities

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education in retail, fashion or a related field is advantageous.
- Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills, with a customer-centric mindset.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends, evenings and holiday periods.
- Comfortable standing for extended periods and handling routine stock movement.
- Right to work in the United States.

Experience
Previous retail or customer-facing sales experience is preferred; experience within luxury, premium or fashion retail is an advantage. A demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets and to build repeat clientele is highly valued.
Education
