Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through proactive selling and client engagement.
- Deliver elevated, personalized customer service and cultivate repeat clientele using a client book and follow-up processes.
- Demonstrate thorough product knowledge across merchandise categories and advise clients on styling and fit.
- Manage post-sale activities including shipping, alterations coordination and special requests to ensure client satisfaction.
- Maintain selling floor presentation, stock levels and execute inventory and visual merchandising directives.
- Perform Point-of-Sale transactions accurately, follow register procedures and assist with shipping/receiving paperwork.
- Participate in inventories, training sessions and store meetings as directed by management; adhere to schedule and attendance policies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Authorization to work in the United States.
- Availability for a flexible, retail schedule including weekends and holidays.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and a customer-service orientation.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and to handle light to moderate physical tasks related to stock and merchandising.

Experience
Previous retail sales experience preferred; prior experience in luxury or premium-brand environments and a track record of meeting sales targets is advantageous. Familiarity with clienteling and POS operation is expected.
