Client Advisor

Overview

Role & Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through proactive selling and client engagement.
• Deliver elevated, personalized customer service and cultivate repeat clientele using a client book and follow-up processes.
• Demonstrate thorough product knowledge across merchandise categories and advise clients on styling and fit.
• Manage post-sale activities including shipping, alterations coordination and special requests to ensure client satisfaction.
• Maintain selling floor presentation, stock levels and execute inventory and visual merchandising directives.
• Perform Point-of-Sale transactions accurately, follow register procedures and assist with shipping/receiving paperwork.
• Participate in inventories, training sessions and store meetings as directed by management; adhere to schedule and attendance policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• Availability for a flexible, retail schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Excellent verbal communication skills and a customer-service orientation.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and to handle light to moderate physical tasks related to stock and merchandising.

Experience

Previous retail sales experience preferred; prior experience in luxury or premium-brand environments and a track record of meeting sales targets is advantageous. Familiarity with clienteling and POS operation is expected.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent.
