Michael Kors is hiring a Part-time Sales Associate in Dallas/Fort Worth Metro (Grand Prairie Outlets), TX — deliver luxury client service and achieve sales targets.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Meet and exceed individual sales goals through proactive selling and effective clienteling.
  • Deliver an elevated level of customer service, build repeat clientele and maintain an up-to-date client book.
  • Demonstrate deep product and trend knowledge to advise clients and maximize sales performance.
  • Manage post-sale details including shipping, alterations and special requests to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Execute daily store operations: maintain a neat, organized and fully stocked selling floor and stockroom.
  • Support inventory processes including receiving, shipping, stockroom organization and periodic inventories.
  • Correctly operate Point-of-Sale systems and perform all register functions in accordance with policy.
  • Adhere to scheduled shifts, time and attendance policies, and participate in training and development sessions.

Qualifications

  • Previous retail sales experience, preferably in luxury or fashion retail.
  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets and delivering personalised service.
  • Strong communication skills and a client-focused disposition.
  • Flexible availability including weekends, holidays and peak retail periods.
  • Right to work in the United States.

Experience

Prior retail sales experience is required; experience within luxury or fashion brands and demonstrable success in achieving sales targets and clienteling is strongly preferred.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
