Role & Responsibilities
- Meet and exceed individual sales goals through proactive selling and effective clienteling.
- Deliver an elevated level of customer service, build repeat clientele and maintain an up-to-date client book.
- Demonstrate deep product and trend knowledge to advise clients and maximize sales performance.
- Manage post-sale details including shipping, alterations and special requests to ensure client satisfaction.
- Execute daily store operations: maintain a neat, organized and fully stocked selling floor and stockroom.
- Support inventory processes including receiving, shipping, stockroom organization and periodic inventories.
- Correctly operate Point-of-Sale systems and perform all register functions in accordance with policy.
- Adhere to scheduled shifts, time and attendance policies, and participate in training and development sessions.
Qualifications
- Previous retail sales experience, preferably in luxury or fashion retail.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets and delivering personalised service.
- Strong communication skills and a client-focused disposition.
- Flexible availability including weekends, holidays and peak retail periods.
- Right to work in the United States.

Experience
Prior retail sales experience is required; experience within luxury or fashion brands and demonstrable success in achieving sales targets and clienteling is strongly preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
