Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver an elevated, personalised customer experience to drive sales and client loyalty.
  • Achieve individual productivity and sales targets through proactive prospecting and consultative selling.
  • Execute daily operational tasks—opening/closing procedures, merchandising, stock replenishment—with precision.
  • Support omnichannel initiatives by leveraging available digital tools and sales platforms to fulfil customer needs.
  • Develop and maintain lasting client relationships through trend knowledge, styling advice and follow‑up.
  • Collaborate with store management to devise creative initiatives for maximising personal and store revenue.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2+ years of relevant retail or luxury sales experience.
  • Demonstrable track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a customer‑facing role.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a genuine passion for styling, fashion and client service.
  • Self‑starter mentality with the ability to multitask, prioritise and adapt in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Technologically comfortable and open to using digital retail tools to support omnichannel sales.

Experience
