Michael Kors in San Francisco (East Bay Area) seeks a part-time Cashier to deliver elevated client service and process POS transactions.

Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver an elevated, welcoming experience and respond to customer needs quickly and accurately.
- Process point-of-sale (POS) transactions efficiently and adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Achieve email capture and sales goals through proactive client engagement and upsell techniques.
- Support sales associates in identifying customer needs and resolving client issues to ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain store standards of cleanliness, visual presentation and organization.
- Drive omnichannel sales by leveraging available tools and technology (e.g., POS, email capture, mobile selling).
- Demonstrate flexibility by performing a variety of store tasks with speed and attention to detail.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ year of relevant retail experience, preferably in fashion or luxury retail.
- Consistent and effective communicator able to adapt messaging for different audiences.
- Energetic, customer-service focused with a demonstrable passion for fashion.
- Technologically savvy and detail-oriented; comfortable using POS and omnichannel retail tools.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and work a flexible schedule (part-time).
Skills
Experience
Minimum of one year of relevant retail experience, with prior exposure to POS-driven sales environments and client-facing roles; luxury or fashion retail experience is preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
