Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver an elevated, welcoming customer experience and respond to client needs quickly and courteously.
  • Process point-of-sale (POS) transactions accurately while adhering to company policies and cash-handling procedures.
  • Drive omnichannel sales by utilizing available retail technology and tools to support buy-online/pickup-in-store and other fulfilment options.
  • Achieve email capture and sales targets through proactive customer engagement and relationship building.
  • Support the sales floor by assisting sales associates with client needs, resolving client issues, and maintaining store standards of cleanliness and visual organization.
  • Demonstrate flexibility to perform store tasks with speed and excellence across a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of relevant retail or customer-facing experience, preferably within premium or luxury retail.
  • Consistent and effective verbal communicator able to adapt messaging for different audiences.
  • Customer-service oriented with a genuine interest in fashion and client experience.
  • Energetic, motivated and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Technologically comfortable using POS and omnichannel retail tools; strong attention to detail.

Experience

1+ year of relevant retail or customer-facing experience; prior experience in luxury or premium retail is advantageous.
