Michael Kors is hiring a Part-time Cashier in Rosemont, IL. Handle POS transactions, customer service and merchandise support. Up to $18.50/hr.

Role & Responsibilities
- Process Point-of-Sale (POS) transactions accurately and efficiently while adhering to all POS policies and procedures.
- Deliver exceptional, personalized customer service: greet customers warmly, respond to inquiries, and direct clients to appropriate sales associates.
- Support sales associates with resolving client issues and contribute to a seamless shopping experience.
- Perform operational tasks including unpacking, hanging/folding merchandise, applying security tags and restocking the sales floor.
- Assist with merchandise floor moves and basic visual merchandising tasks to maintain an organized, attractive store environment.
- Adhere to scheduled hours and time-and-attendance policies; comply with company retail and loss-prevention procedures.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Demonstrable reliability, punctuality and ability to work a flexible retail schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
- Strong numerical accuracy and ability to perform cash handling duties responsibly.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to perform light physical tasks such as standing for long periods and lifting/handling merchandise.

Experience
Previous retail or cashier experience preferred; familiarity with POS systems and basic visual merchandising is advantageous but not mandatory for entry-level candidates.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
