Cashier
Michael Kors in Rome seeks a Part-time Cashier to deliver elevated customer service, operate POS systems and manage clientelling activities.

Role & Responsibilities
- Act as a brand ambassador by upholding Michael Kors image, grooming and customer service standards at all times.
- Deliver consistently exceptional customer experiences through proactive engagement, prompt resolution of enquiries and personalised clientelling.
- Operate point-of-sale hardware and cash registers; accurately process payments, refunds and exchanges in accordance with company policy.
- Utilise clientelling apps and CRM tools to maintain client communication, capture data and proactively manage the CRM database.
- Leverage product knowledge resources to support sales activity and identify opportunities to drive business performance.
- Support opening and closing till procedures and ensure the checkout area is clean, organised and compliant with operational standards.
- Collaborate with the store team to meet store objectives and model company behaviours using the behaviour toolkit.
Qualifications
- Enthusiasm for retail and delivering high-quality customer service in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a collaborative, team-oriented mindset.
- Attention to detail in cash handling, visual presentation and maintaining an organised checkout area.
- Comfort with technology or willingness to learn in-store systems, clientelling apps and CRM tools.
- Proficiency in English for effective customer communication and internal reporting.
- Right to work in Italy and availability to perform part-time scheduled shifts (including weekends and holidays as required).

Experience
Previous experience in retail or customer-facing roles is preferred; familiarity with POS systems and CRM/clientelling platforms is an advantage.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
