Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver an elevated, welcoming customer experience and respond to client needs quickly and accurately.
  • Process sales transactions efficiently using Point-of-Sale (POS) systems while adhering to company policies and loss-prevention procedures.
  • Drive email capture and meet sales targets through proactive client engagement and conversion techniques.
  • Support omnichannel sales by utilising available digital tools and platforms to fulfil client requests and close sales.
  • Assist the sales team in identifying client needs, resolving issues, and maintaining high standards of client care.
  • Perform store operational tasks with speed and excellence, including merchandising, housekeeping and organisation of the sales floor.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1+ year of relevant retail or cashier experience, preferably in a high-volume or luxury environment.
  • Consistent and adaptable communicator able to engage diverse audiences.
  • Energetic, motivated and customer-service focused with a genuine interest in fashion.
  • Technologically literate and detail-oriented with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
  • Availability for a flexible, part-time schedule.

Experience
