Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver an elevated, welcoming customer experience and respond to customer needs quickly and accurately.
- Process POS transactions efficiently and in full compliance with company policies and loss-prevention procedures.
- Drive email capture and sales goals through proactive, creative client engagement.
- Support sales associates by identifying customer needs and helping to resolve client issues.
- Execute store tasks with speed and attention to detail; maintain standards of cleanliness and visual organization.
- Leverage omnichannel tools and technology to convert transactions and support cross-channel fulfillment.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1+ year of relevant retail or cashier experience.
- Consistent and adaptable communicator able to engage diverse customer profiles.
- Energetic, motivated and customer-service oriented with a demonstrable interest in fashion.
- Technologically literate and detail-oriented; comfortable using POS and retail technology.
- Ability to multitask and perform effectively in a fast-paced store environment.
Skills
Experience
At least 1 year of retail or cashier experience, preferably in a fashion or luxury environment, with hands-on experience operating POS systems and engaging customers to meet sales and email-capture targets.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
