Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver an elevated, welcoming customer experience and respond to client needs quickly and accurately.
- Operate the POS efficiently and in full compliance with company policies and cash-handling procedures.
- Drive sales and email capture targets through proactive engagement and effective use of CRM touchpoints.
- Support omnichannel fulfillment and use available tools to convert and retain customers.
- Assist sales associates in identifying customer needs and resolving client issues to satisfaction.
- Perform general store tasks with speed and attention to detail and maintain standards of cleanliness and visual presentation.
- Demonstrate flexibility in duties and schedule to support peak periods and store operations.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant retail or customer-facing experience.
- Consistent, adaptable communicator able to engage diverse audiences.
- Energetic, motivated and customer-service focused with a passion for fashion.
- Technologically literate and detail-oriented; comfortable using retail systems.
- Ability to work a flexible, part-time schedule including weekends and holidays as required.

Experience
At least 1 year of retail or front-line customer service experience; luxury retail experience preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
