Role & Responsibilities

  • Process Point-of-Sale (POS) transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance with POS policies and procedures.
  • Greet customers warmly, respond promptly to enquiries and provide high standards of client service.
  • Assist sales associates by determining customer needs and directing clients to appropriate resources or personnel.
  • Support visual merchandising activities including unpacking, hanging/folding merchandise, tagging and floor moves.
  • Adhere to assigned work schedule and time-and-attendance procedures; assist in resolving client issues as required.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Demonstrable numeracy and accuracy in cash handling; trustworthy with financial transactions.
  • Polished, customer-focused manner appropriate for a luxury retail environment.
  • Reliable attendance and flexibility to work retail hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • Previous retail or cashier experience preferred; luxury retail experience is an advantage.

Experience
