Role & Responsibilities

- Process POS transactions efficiently and in full compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Support sales associates in identifying customer needs and resolving client issues.
- Achieve email capture and sales targets through proactive, creative customer engagement.
- Execute store tasks with speed and attention to quality to maintain visual and operational standards.
- Drive omnichannel sales by leveraging available tools and technology to fulfil customer requests.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ year of relevant retail or customer‑facing experience.
- Consistent, adaptable communicator able to engage diverse audiences.
- Energetic, motivated and customer‑service focused with a genuine interest in fashion.
- Technologically literate and detail‑oriented; comfortable operating POS systems.
- Flexible team player able to multitask in a fast‑paced retail environment.
Skills
Experience
At least one year of retail or customer‑facing experience; prior experience in luxury or specialty retail is advantageous.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; coursework or qualifications in retail, merchandising or hospitality are a plus.
