Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver an elevated, welcoming client experience and respond to customer needs quickly and accurately.
- Process POS transactions efficiently and in full compliance with company policies and loss-prevention procedures.
- Drive email capture and sales targets through proactive, creative engagement with clients.
- Support omnichannel sales by utilising available digital tools and in-store technology to fulfil client needs.
- Assist sales associates with client servicing, needs assessment and resolution of customer issues.
- Maintain store standards of cleanliness, visual presentation and organisation; perform ad hoc store tasks with speed and excellence.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ year of relevant retail or luxury customer-facing experience.
- Consistent and adaptable communicator able to engage different clienteles.
- Customer-service oriented with a genuine interest in fashion and luxury retail.
- Energetic, motivated and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Technologically comfortable with POS systems and omnichannel sales tools.
Skills
Experience
At least one year of relevant retail or customer-facing experience, preferably within fashion or luxury retail, demonstrating the ability to meet sales targets and deliver high-quality client service.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
