Role & Responsibilities

  • Process point-of-sale (POS) transactions accurately and efficiently, including tender handling and transaction reconciliation.
  • Greet customers warmly, respond to inquiries, and direct clients to the appropriate sales associates to meet their needs.
  • Assist with merchandise floor moves, visual merchandising tasks and maintaining presentation standards.
  • Adhere to all sales-related policies and procedures and support loss-prevention and cash-handling protocols.
  • Support sales associates in resolving client issues and perform other operational tasks as business needs require.

Qualifications

  • Professional, customer-focused demeanour with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Basic numeracy and attention to detail for accurate transaction processing.
  • Experience with cash handling and POS systems preferred.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced retail environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.
