Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead company-wide performance analysis and prepare regular reports for executive, US, office and store audiences.
  • Drive the annual budgeting and forecasting process in collaboration with finance and business partners.
  • Analyse sales and KPIs to identify trends, risks and opportunities, and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
  • Facilitate and lead cross-functional meetings, prepare agendas and minutes, and ensure follow-through on action items.
  • Propose, lead and support execution of strategic projects that align with corporate objectives and drive revenue growth.

Qualifications

  • Proven proficiency in sales and KPI analysis, with practical experience using Excel and BI tools.
  • Ability to produce polished materials in Excel and PowerPoint for diverse audiences (executive, regional, store).
  • Conversational English; experience preparing documents in English is advantageous.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with stores and multiple corporate functions.

Experience

Required: professional experience in at least one of the following — a consulting firm, a corporate management/strategy or corporate planning department, or planning roles within a business (e.g., MD Planner, Sales Planner).

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics or a related discipline; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
