Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver an engaging in-store customer experience through proactive clienteling, product knowledge and styling advice.
- Process point-of-sale transactions accurately and efficiently while maintaining a polished customer checkout experience.
- Support store operations including inventory handling, loss-prevention practices, housekeeping and adherence to visual merchandising standards.
- Drive omnichannel sales by leveraging in-store tools and technology to fulfil client needs across online and offline touchpoints.
- Prioritise tasks to meet productivity and sales targets while supporting teammates on the sales floor.
Qualifications
- Customer-focused demeanour with a demonstrable ability to close sales and build long-term client relationships.
- Energetic, self-motivated team player who acts as a credible brand ambassador and represents the Michael Kors aesthetic.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment, capable of multitasking and prioritising competing responsibilities.
- Technologically literate with experience using retail sales platforms or POS systems; entrepreneurial spirit preferred.
Skills
Experience
Previous retail sales experience is preferred, ideally within a premium or luxury fashion environment, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering high-quality client service.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; retail- or fashion-related coursework or certifications are a plus.
