Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver an elevated client experience and drive store sales performance through superior customer engagement and styling expertise.
- Lead and execute daily store operations including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and operational checklists.
- Coach, mentor and develop sales associates to improve product knowledge, selling techniques and clienteling practices.
- Build and maintain a client book to generate repeat traffic and long-term relationships.
- Drive omnichannel sales by leveraging store tools and technology to convert online and in-store interactions into revenue.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years of relevant retail management experience.
- Proven ability to lead, motivate and develop a sales team in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Demonstrated aptitude for clienteling and relationship building with high-value customers.

Experience
At least three years of retail management experience, preferably within luxury or premium fashion, with a track record of meeting sales targets, developing staff, and executing store operations.
Education
