Role & Responsibilities

  • Drive sales performance by delivering an elevated, personalized customer experience and meeting store KPIs.
  • Lead and execute opening and closing procedures and daily operational tasks, ensuring compliance with company standards.
  • Coach, mentor and develop sales associates to strengthen product knowledge, styling skills and selling techniques.
  • Build and maintain a client book through proactive clienteling, relationship development and follow-up to generate repeat business and referrals.
  • Leverage omnichannel tools and technology to maximize sales, fulfill client needs and drive traffic to the store.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3+ years of relevant retail management experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead a team, coach others and drive sales in a fast‑paced retail environment.
  • Proven track record in clienteling and building lasting customer relationships.

Experience
