Role & Responsibilities

  • Co-lead store operations and contribute to developing and executing the local business strategy alongside the management team.
  • Inspire, coach and hold the store team accountable to build a high‑performing, brand‑focused retail culture.
  • Drive sales by leading from the sales floor, analysing performance reports and implementing targeted action plans to exceed KPIs.
  • Manage and develop the client database; ensure consistent client communication and proactive clienteling to maximise retention and spend.
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, training and ongoing development of store staff to cultivate brand ambassadors.
  • Plan and collaborate on local customer events and initiatives to generate additional revenue.
  • Safeguard inventory integrity through scheduled audits and bi‑annual inventories and ensure adherence to operational standards.
  • Utilise company communication platforms and clienteling tools effectively and act on corporate updates and directives.

Qualifications

  • Proven retail and people management experience in a fast‑paced store environment.
  • Demonstrable leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and drive performance.
  • Strong organisational, interpersonal and follow‑up skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working under pressure and adapting to a dynamic retail setting.
  • Familiarity with retail KPIs and reporting; proficiency with Microsoft Office.
  • Fluency in English with effective verbal and written communication skills.

Experience

Proven experience in retail management with a track record of leading teams to meet or exceed sales targets and operational objectives in a fast‑moving retail environment. Experience with clienteling and inventory control preferred.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent; tertiary qualification in retail, business, or a related field preferred.
