Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver an elevated client experience and drive store results through proactive selling and styling.
  • Lead and execute key opening and closing procedures and daily operational tasks with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Coach, develop and motivate sales associates to enhance product knowledge, clienteling and conversion.
  • Build and maintain a client book to increase repeat business and foster long-term customer relationships.
  • Utilize available tools and technology to drive omni‑channel sales and integrate in‑store and digital touchpoints.
  • Demonstrate flexibility in a fast‑paced retail environment and support all store leadership activities as required.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3+ years of relevant retail management experience.
  • Proven ability to coach and develop sales teams and to deliver measurable commercial results.
  • Strong clienteling and relationship‑building capabilities with a passion for styling and service.
  • Comfortable using retail technology and omni‑channel sales tools.
  • Energetic, brand‑forward presence and demonstrated customer‑service orientation.

Experience

At least three years of progressively responsible retail management experience, preferably within premium or luxury apparel, accessories or lifestyle brands, with a track record of driving sales and developing teams.
