Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver an elevated client experience and drive store results through proactive selling and styling.
- Lead and execute key opening and closing procedures and daily operational tasks with accuracy and efficiency.
- Coach, develop and motivate sales associates to enhance product knowledge, clienteling and conversion.
- Build and maintain a client book to increase repeat business and foster long-term customer relationships.
- Utilize available tools and technology to drive omni‑channel sales and integrate in‑store and digital touchpoints.
- Demonstrate flexibility in a fast‑paced retail environment and support all store leadership activities as required.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years of relevant retail management experience.
- Proven ability to coach and develop sales teams and to deliver measurable commercial results.
- Strong clienteling and relationship‑building capabilities with a passion for styling and service.
- Comfortable using retail technology and omni‑channel sales tools.
- Energetic, brand‑forward presence and demonstrated customer‑service orientation.
Skills
Experience
At least three years of progressively responsible retail management experience, preferably within premium or luxury apparel, accessories or lifestyle brands, with a track record of driving sales and developing teams.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; post‑secondary studies in business, retail management or fashion preferred.
