Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead daily store operations, including execution of opening and closing procedures and other operational tasks.
  • Drive sales results by delivering an elevated, personalized customer experience and meeting performance targets.
  • Coach, mentor and develop store staff on product knowledge, styling, selling techniques and clienteling practices.
  • Build and maintain a client book to increase customer retention and recurring traffic.
  • Leverage omnichannel tools and technology to convert leads and grow online-to-store and in-store-to-online sales.
  • Maintain high standards of customer service while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3+ years of relevant retail management experience, preferably within fashion or luxury retail.
  • Proven ability to coach and develop sales teams, with demonstrated leadership and people-management skills.
  • Strong clienteling proficiency and a track record of building lasting customer relationships.
  • Customer-service obsessed with a passion for styling and brand representation.
  • Technologically literate with the ability to use omnichannel retail tools and CRM platforms.

Experience
