Role & Responsibilities
- Lead daily store operations, including execution of opening and closing procedures and other operational tasks.
- Drive sales results by delivering an elevated, personalized customer experience and meeting performance targets.
- Coach, mentor and develop store staff on product knowledge, styling, selling techniques and clienteling practices.
- Build and maintain a client book to increase customer retention and recurring traffic.
- Leverage omnichannel tools and technology to convert leads and grow online-to-store and in-store-to-online sales.
- Maintain high standards of customer service while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced retail environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years of relevant retail management experience, preferably within fashion or luxury retail.
- Proven ability to coach and develop sales teams, with demonstrated leadership and people-management skills.
- Strong clienteling proficiency and a track record of building lasting customer relationships.
- Customer-service obsessed with a passion for styling and brand representation.
- Technologically literate with the ability to use omnichannel retail tools and CRM platforms.

Experience
Minimum of 3+ years of retail management experience in fashion or luxury retail, with demonstrated success in sales leadership, team development and clienteling.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in retail management, business or fashion preferred.
