Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager in achieving sales targets, KPIs and operational objectives for the boutique.
- Drive daily sales performance through active selling, clienteling and tactical floor management.
- Coach, motivate and develop boutique staff; deliver regular feedback, training and performance reviews.
- Safeguard visual merchandising and brand standards across displays, inventory presentation and store housekeeping.
- Oversee store operations including stock management, receiving, loss prevention and administrative tasks.
- Assist in workforce planning: scheduling, shift coverage and ensuring adequate on‑floor presence during peak periods.
- Resolve customer enquiries and escalations, ensuring a luxury customer experience and high client satisfaction.
- Contribute to local marketing and promotional activities and implement corporate initiatives at boutique level.
Qualifications
- Proven retail management experience in a dynamic, results-driven environment; luxury or premium fashion experience preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to coach and develop sales teams to achieve consistent performance improvements.
- Strong commercial orientation with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
- Excellent client service and clienteling skills, with the capacity to handle escalated customer situations diplomatically.
- Organisational competence in stock control, merchandising standards and daily store operations.
- Fluency in French is strongly advantageous for the Paris location; professional English is beneficial.

Experience
Previous experience as an assistant manager, deputy manager or senior sales lead within retail is required, ideally within luxury or premium fashion. Proven history of achieving sales targets while developing team capability and maintaining brand standards.
