Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver and sustain an elevated customer experience that drives sales and client loyalty.
  • Lead and execute opening and closing procedures, cash handling and daily operational tasks with precision.
  • Coach, mentor and develop sales associates on styling, current trends and consultative selling techniques.
  • Build and manage a client book to increase repeat business and generate incremental traffic.
  • Ensure consistent adherence to brand customer-service standards while effectively multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.
  • Leverage available omnichannel tools and technology to maximise sales across digital and in-store touchpoints.
  • Support a positive, inspiring store culture that encourages professional growth and operational excellence.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3+ years of relevant retail management experience.
  • Proven ability to lead a sales team to achieve targets and deliver exceptional clienteling.
  • Demonstrable coaching and people-management skills with experience developing frontline talent.
  • Flexible availability to perform opening/closing duties and adapt to store operational needs.
  • Comfortable using retail technologies to support omnichannel selling and client engagement.

Experience
