Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver an elevated client experience and drive store sales through active selling and styling
- Lead and execute opening and closing procedures and day-to-day operational tasks with precision
- Coach, mentor and develop sales associates to improve product knowledge, selling techniques and clienteling
- Build and maintain a client book to generate repeat business and drive traffic
- Leverage omnichannel tools and technology to maximize sales across digital and in-store touchpoints
- Maintain high standards of visual merchandising, service and store presentation while multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years of relevant retail management experience
- Proven ability to lead, motivate and develop a high-performing retail team
- Strong customer relationship management and clienteling capabilities
- Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and driving business results
- Technologically savvy with comfort using retail sales and omnichannel platforms

Experience
At least 3 years of progressive retail management experience with responsibility for team leadership, sales targets and operational execution in a fast-paced clothing or accessories environment.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree in business, fashion, retail management or a related field preferred.
