Michael Kors is hiring an Assistant Store Manager in Oberhausen, Germany. Full-time role leading sales, team coaching and omni-channel performance.

Role & Responsibilities
- Drive store performance and commercial results, meeting and exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
- Support the Store Manager in daily operations, ensuring efficient, structured business processes and compliance with company standards.
- Lead, coach and inspire the sales team; role-model behaviours, promote continuous development and manage staffing to optimise performance.
- Develop and sustain strong client relationships via proactive clienteling and customer book management to maximise loyalty and repeat business.
- Utilise all available omni-channel tools and technologies to enhance customer experience and increase conversion.
Qualifications
- Proven sales and leadership experience in a retail environment, preferably within premium or luxury fashion.
- Demonstrable ability to work in a KPI-driven environment and deliver measurable commercial results.
- Strong problem-solving aptitude, proactive mindset and adaptability in dynamic retail situations.
- Entrepreneurial and creative thinking with a clear interest in fashion and market trends.
- Excellent communication skills; English language skills are an advantage.
Skills
Experience
Several years of hands-on retail experience with responsibility for sales and people management. Experience in branded or luxury retail environments is strongly preferred, with a demonstrable track record of achieving sales targets and developing teams.
Education
Vocational training in retail, commerce or a related discipline, or equivalent professional qualifications and practical retail experience.
