Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver an elevated, personalized customer experience and drive sales performance through effective clienteling and styling.
  • Lead and execute daily opening and closing procedures and maintain exemplary store operations and visual standards.
  • Coach, develop and motivate sales associates to achieve individual and store KPIs, fostering a high-performance team culture.
  • Build and maintain a client book, nurturing lasting customer relationships to increase traffic and repeat business.
  • Leverage omnichannel tools and retail technology to maximize sales, fulfilment and client engagement.
  • Support the Store Manager in implementing business plans, inventory controls and local merchandising initiatives.
  • Demonstrate flexibility in a fast-paced retail environment and act as a brand ambassador at all times.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3+ years of relevant retail management experience, preferably within fashion or luxury retail.
  • Proven leadership and people-development capabilities with experience coaching sales teams.
  • Strong clienteling skills with a demonstrated ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
  • Customer service obsession with a natural aptitude for styling and selling.
  • Technologically literate with the ability to use omnichannel retail systems and POS tools.
  • Flexible availability to work retail hours, including weekends and holidays.

Experience
