Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver an elevated, personalized customer experience and drive sales performance through effective clienteling and styling.
- Lead and execute daily opening and closing procedures and maintain exemplary store operations and visual standards.
- Coach, develop and motivate sales associates to achieve individual and store KPIs, fostering a high-performance team culture.
- Build and maintain a client book, nurturing lasting customer relationships to increase traffic and repeat business.
- Leverage omnichannel tools and retail technology to maximize sales, fulfilment and client engagement.
- Support the Store Manager in implementing business plans, inventory controls and local merchandising initiatives.
- Demonstrate flexibility in a fast-paced retail environment and act as a brand ambassador at all times.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years of relevant retail management experience, preferably within fashion or luxury retail.
- Proven leadership and people-development capabilities with experience coaching sales teams.
- Strong clienteling skills with a demonstrated ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
- Customer service obsession with a natural aptitude for styling and selling.
- Technologically literate with the ability to use omnichannel retail systems and POS tools.
- Flexible availability to work retail hours, including weekends and holidays.

Experience
Minimum 3+ years of retail management experience with a proven track record of driving sales, developing teams and delivering exceptional customer service; luxury or fashion retail experience preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree in business, fashion or a related field preferred.
