Role & Responsibilities
- Drive sales and store KPIs by delivering an elevated, luxury customer experience.
- Lead and execute opening and closing procedures and day‑to‑day operational tasks to ensure store readiness and compliance.
- Coach, develop and mentor sales team members on product knowledge, current trends, styling and selling techniques.
- Build and maintain a client book through proactive clienteling to increase traffic, repeat business and lifetime value.
- Use available retail technology and tools to drive omnichannel sales and fulfilment.
- Uphold the highest customer service standards while managing multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years of relevant retail management experience.
- Proven leadership with experience coaching and developing sales teams.
- Demonstrable clienteling and customer relationship management skills.
- Strong commercial and sales acumen with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Ability to perform store opening/closing procedures and manage operational duties reliably.
- Comfortable using retail sales technology and omnichannel tools.
Skills
Experience
At least 3 years of supervisory or management experience in retail, preferably within luxury or premium fashion, with demonstrated success in sales leadership, clienteling and team development.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree in business, retail management or fashion is preferred.
