Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver an elevated, client‑first customer experience to achieve store sales and conversion targets
  • Lead and execute opening/closing procedures, daily operational tasks, and cash handling with accuracy
  • Coach, mentor and motivate the sales team on product knowledge, styling, and selling techniques to build lasting client relationships
  • Develop and maintain a client book to drive repeat traffic, client engagement and higher‑value transactions
  • Drive omnichannel sales by leveraging available digital tools and store technology to fulfill client needs
  • Ensure adherence to brand standards for visual merchandising, store presentation and customer service
  • Manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment while modelling professional conduct and product expertise

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3+ years of relevant retail management experience, preferably in fashion or luxury retail
  • Proven ability to coach and develop front‑of‑house teams to deliver high standards of customer service and sales performance
  • Demonstrable clienteling experience with a track record of building and maintaining client relationships
  • Comfortable using retail technology and omnichannel tools to drive sales and fulfill customer needs
  • Flexibility to work a retail schedule including evenings, weekends and peak trading periods

Experience
