Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver an elevated, client-focused experience and drive sales performance through exemplary customer engagement.
- Lead and execute opening and closing procedures and daily operational tasks for store readiness and loss prevention.
- Coach, develop and mentor sales associates on product knowledge, styling, selling techniques and clienteling to build lasting client relationships.
- Build and maintain a client book to drive repeat traffic and increase lifetime value.
- Drive omnichannel sales by leveraging available digital and in-store tools and technology.
- Demonstrate strong multi-tasking and leadership while maintaining the highest standards of customer service and visual merchandising.
- Support a new store opening, ensuring operational readiness and team onboarding for launch.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years of relevant retail management experience, preferably in luxury, premium or specialty apparel.
- Proven ability to lead, coach and develop a retail sales team to achieve commercial targets.
- Track record of building client relationships and executing clienteling strategies.
- Customer-service obsession with strong selling and styling capabilities.
- Technologically literate and able to adopt omnichannel tools and retail technology.
- Flexible availability to support store hours, including weekends and peak trading periods.
Skills
Experience
Minimum three years of retail management experience, ideally within the luxury or premium apparel sector; prior experience supporting store openings or relocations is advantageous.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree in business, retail management or a related field preferred.
