Role & Responsibilities

  • Co-lead store operations and support the Store Manager in meeting sales, margin, and operational targets.
  • Coach, motivate and develop the sales team to create a high-performing, accountable retail environment.
  • Drive sales on the floor by leading by example, managing client relationships and executing clienteling strategies.
  • Analyse performance reports and implement corrective action plans to exceed KPIs.
  • Manage and proactively maintain the client database and CRM-driven communications.
  • Coordinate and support local customer events and promotional activity to generate incremental revenue.
  • Maintain stock integrity through scheduled audits and bi-annual inventories; oversee merchandising and stock processes.
  • Use company communication platforms to cascade updates and ensure timely operational follow-through.

Qualifications

  • Proven retail management experience in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
  • Demonstrated leadership with the ability to recruit, train and develop retail teams.
  • Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and effective follow-up.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and experience using clienteling/CRM tools.
  • Sound understanding of retail KPIs and the ability to translate data into action.
  • Fluent English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Experience
