Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager in day-to-day store leadership, stepping into the Store Manager role during absences.
- Drive personal and store sales targets through coaching, client development and exemplary selling.
- Monitor, analyse and communicate business results and performance metrics to the management team.
- Develop product knowledge and sales techniques across the team to maximise conversion and average transaction value.
- Ensure consistently exceptional client service, manage client books and resolve customer complaints swiftly and effectively.
- Oversee operational disciplines including cash control, safe and bank deposits, register functions and loss-prevention protocols.
- Participate in inventory management and stocktakes; communicate replenishment and product concerns to support merchandising goals.
- Implement and maintain visual merchandising directives and ensure the selling floor reflects brand standards.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, training and ongoing development of store staff; provide regular performance feedback.
- Maintain professional image and grooming standards in line with the brand.
Qualifications
- Minimum three years retail experience with 1–2 years in specialty retail management or a supervisory capacity.
- Demonstrated ability to lead a sales team, coach to results and manage daily retail operations.
- Strong commercial acumen with experience in sales reporting, inventory controls and cash management.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and conflict-resolution skills.
- Flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends and peak trading periods; valid driver's licence desirable if required for offsite transfers.

Minimum of 3 years in retail, including 1–2 years in specialty store management or as an assistant manager with demonstrated people leadership and commercial delivery.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; further study in business, retail management or fashion is advantageous but not required.
