Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver an elevated, personalized customer experience to drive sales and loyalty.
  • Lead and execute opening and closing procedures and day-to-day store operations.
  • Coach, develop and motivate the sales team on product knowledge, styling and selling techniques.
  • Build and maintain a client book through proactive clienteling and relationship management.
  • Drive omnichannel sales performance using available retail tools and technology.
  • Maintain high customer service standards while managing multiple priorities with attention to detail.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3+ years of relevant retail management experience.
  • Demonstrated leadership and coaching capability with a track record of developing staff.
  • Strong clienteling skills and the ability to cultivate lasting customer relationships.
  • Customer service obsession with proven selling and styling aptitude.
  • Technologically savvy with an entrepreneurial mindset and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to work varied schedules typical of retail operations.

Experience

At least 3 years of progressive retail management experience, preferably within fashion or luxury apparel/accessories environments.

Education
