Michael Kors seeks an Assistant Store Manager in Ingolstadt to lead store performance, coach the team and enhance client experiences.

Role & Responsibilities
- Drive store performance and ensure an exceptional customer experience, meeting sales targets and KPIs.
- Support the Store Manager in daily store operations, administrative tasks and operational execution.
- Lead, coach and develop the sales team through hands-on leadership, training and performance management.
- Cultivate and manage client relationships using clienteling practices and customer book management to increase loyalty and repeat business.
- Leverage omni-channel tools and retail technologies to optimise sales, stock availability and the in-store customer journey.
Qualifications
- Proven sales and frontline leadership experience within a retail environment, ideally in premium or luxury retail.
- Demonstrable ability to work in a KPI-driven environment and to deliver measurable commercial results.
- Strong solution orientation, proactivity and the capacity to perform under dynamic retail conditions.
- Entrepreneurial and creative mindset with a keen interest in fashion and market trends.
- Excellent communication skills; English language skills are an advantage.

Experience
Substantial retail sales and management experience with a track record of meeting commercial targets and leading a store team; experience in luxury or premium retail is advantageous.
Education
Vocational qualification in retail/commerce, business or equivalent professional experience; formal retail management training is a plus.
