Role & Responsibilities

  • Drive store sales and deliver an elevated, luxury customer experience through proactive client engagement and effective selling techniques.
  • Lead and execute opening, closing and day-to-day operational procedures to ensure store standards and loss-prevention protocols are met.
  • Coach, develop and mentor sales associates to improve product knowledge, styling capabilities and individual sales performance.
  • Build and maintain a robust client book through targeted clienteling and relationship management to generate repeat business and referrals.
  • Leverage omni-channel tools and digital platforms to convert traffic, fulfill client needs and maximize sales across channels.
  • Demonstrate flexibility in a fast-paced retail environment, supporting visual merchandising, inventory management and ad-hoc operational tasks as required.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant retail management experience, preferably within luxury or premium fashion retail.
  • Proven leadership and people management skills with the ability to coach and develop a sales team.
  • Strong clienteling experience with a demonstrated ability to build lasting customer relationships and grow repeat business.
  • Customer-service obsession with a commercial mindset and a passion for fashion and styling.
  • Comfortable using omni-channel retail tools and retail technology to drive sales and client engagement.

Experience

Minimum three years of retail management experience, preferably in luxury or premium fashion, with a track record of meeting sales targets, developing teams and managing omni‑channel retail operations.
