Michael Kors is hiring an Assistant Store Manager in Cologne (Full‑time) to support store operations, team leadership and omni‑channel sales.

Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager in daily store operations to ensure efficient, compliant and profitable trading.
- Drive sales results and deliver exceptional customer experiences through active selling, clienteling and the development of customer books.
- Lead, coach and inspire the store team to achieve KPIs, fostering professional development and a collaborative culture.
- Utilise omni‑channel tools and available technology to maximise conversion and sales performance.
- Promote a positive retail environment by demonstrating brand standards, merchandising excellence and strong operational discipline.
Qualifications
- Proven sales and people‑leadership experience in a retail store environment.
- Results‑oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding KPIs and sales targets.
- Strong problem‑solving skills, flexibility and the capacity to prioritise in a fast‑paced environment.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with creativity and commercial awareness of fashion and market trends.
- Fluent English (required); knowledge of the local language (German) is desired.
Skills
Experience
Several years of direct retail sales experience with demonstrated supervisory or assistant management responsibility; experience in premium or luxury fashion retail is preferred.
Education
Secondary school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in retail, sales or fashion (e.g. commercial apprenticeship) preferred.
