Role & Responsibilities

• Deliver an elevated, personalized customer experience to drive sales and loyalty.
• Lead and execute daily store opening and closing procedures and key operational tasks.
• Coach and develop sales associates on trend knowledge, styling, selling techniques and clienteling.
• Build and maintain a client book to increase repeat traffic and long-term client engagement.
• Drive omni-channel sales by leveraging available tools and technology to fulfil client needs.
• Demonstrate leadership through multi-tasking, problem solving and maintaining service standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of relevant retail management experience.

Skills

Experience

Minimum of three years’ retail management experience, preferably within luxury or premium fashion. Proven track record in achieving sales targets, developing teams, executing store operations and using omni‑channel retail tools to enhance client engagement.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in business, retail management or fashion is preferred.
