Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver an elevated customer experience and drive sales through expert clienteling and styling.
  • Lead and execute opening and closing procedures and daily operational tasks to ensure store standards.
  • Coach, develop and motivate the sales team to meet individual and store performance targets.
  • Build and maintain a client book to increase repeat business and drive traffic through personalised outreach.
  • Leverage omni‑channel tools and retail technology to maximise conversion and fulfilment across channels.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3+ years of relevant retail management experience in fashion or luxury retail (required).
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor and develop a sales team with measurable performance improvements.
  • Proven track record in clienteling and building lasting customer relationships.
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience driving omni‑channel sales and using retail technology (preferred).
  • Passion for fashion, a service‑oriented mindset and entrepreneurial drive.

Experience
