Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead daily store operations including key opening and closing duties, cash handling and operational task execution.
  • Drive sales performance by delivering an elevated customer experience and executing omnichannel sales strategies.
  • Build and maintain a client book through proactive clienteling and high‑touch relationship management.
  • Coach, mentor and develop store staff on selling techniques, styling, trend knowledge and customer service standards.
  • Maintain store visual merchandising standards, inventory controls and ensure compliance with brand presentation guidelines.
  • Act as a brand ambassador to cultivate an engaging, fashion‑forward environment that supports retention and traffic growth.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3+ years of relevant retail management experience.
  • Proven ability to coach and develop a sales team and to meet KPIs in a fast‑paced retail environment.
  • Strong clienteling aptitude with demonstrable experience building lasting customer relationships.
  • Technologically comfortable with retail systems and omnichannel sales tools; adaptable to new platforms.
  • Flexible schedule availability and a passion for fashion and customer service.

Experience
