Role & Responsibilities
- Drive store sales and KPIs by delivering an elevated, client-focused shopping experience.
- Lead and execute opening and closing procedures and day-to-day operational tasks to ensure store readiness and loss prevention.
- Coach, mentor and develop store staff in product knowledge, styling, selling techniques and clienteling practices.
- Build and maintain a client book through proactive outreach and relationship management to increase repeat business and client engagement.
- Leverage omnichannel tools and technology to convert traffic, fulfil client requests and maximise sales across channels.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of progressive retail management experience, preferably within premium or luxury apparel or accessories.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate and develop a sales team to achieve commercial objectives.
- Proven clienteling and customer relationship management skills with a track record of building repeat clientele.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple operational priorities and maintain high customer service standards.

Minimum 3+ years of relevant retail management experience, ideally within luxury or premium fashion brands and with responsibility for team leadership, sales targets and client development.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree in business, retail management, fashion or a related field preferred.
