Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver an elevated customer experience and drive store sales through high-quality client engagement and styling.
- Lead and execute daily opening and closing procedures and ensure operational excellence.
- Coach, develop and motivate store team members to meet individual and store performance goals.
- Build and maintain a client book by cultivating lasting customer relationships and driving repeat traffic.
- Leverage omnichannel tools and technology to maximize sales and client outreach.
- Support visual standards and product presentation to reflect brand positioning in an outlet environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years of relevant retail management experience.
- Proven ability to lead, coach and develop retail sales teams.
- Demonstrated clienteling and relationship-building skills with a track record of driving repeat business.
- Strong selling, styling and product knowledge with customer-service obsession.
- Flexible, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Experience
Requires at least three years of progressive retail management experience, ideally within fashion or luxury retail, with demonstrable results in sales leadership and client development.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in business, retail management or a related field preferred.
