Overview

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the Store Manager in day-to-day leadership of the store across sales, customer service, visual merchandising and operations.
  • Drive sales performance and KPIs through coaching, floor leadership and targeted selling initiatives.
  • Ensure exceptional client service and maintain luxury brand presentation standards, including visual merchandising and housekeeping.
  • Oversee operational tasks such as inventory control, stock replenishment, cash handling and loss prevention procedures.
  • Manage administrative duties including staff scheduling, attendance management and execution of corporate communications and promotions.
  • Act in the Store Manager’s stead when required, taking full accountability for store performance, team decisions and escalations.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; post‑secondary qualification in retail, business or fashion preferred.
  • Proven supervisory experience in retail, preferably within premium or luxury brands.
  • Demonstrable leadership and coaching skills with the ability to motivate a diverse sales team.
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience meeting sales targets and managing KPIs.
  • Excellent communication skills and proven capability in delivering high standards of customer service.

Experience

Typically requires several years of retail experience with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or assistant manager role; prior experience in luxury or premium fashion retail is strongly preferred.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or diploma in retail management, business, or fashion desirable.
