Michael Kors seeks an Assistant Store Manager in Miami, FL (Dolphin Mall) to support store operations, sales and team development.

Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager in day-to-day leadership and assume full managerial responsibilities in their absence.
- Drive personal and store sales targets through active selling, coaching and frontline leadership; monitor and communicate business results.
- Deliver an exceptional luxury client experience by building repeat clientele, resolving customer issues, and training staff on clienteling and service standards.
- Oversee store operations including cash controls, bank deposits, safe funds, petty cash, risk management and physical security.
- Manage inventory processes and participate in stock takes; ensure timely processing of deliveries and communicate inventory needs.
- Implement and maintain visual merchandising directives to preserve the brand image and ensure the selling floor is tidy and presentation-ready.
- Recruit, train, develop and evaluate store associates; support payroll integrity and resolve HR issues in partnership with HR.
- Enforce image and grooming standards consistent with the Michael Kors brand.
- Where applicable, perform offsite product transfers, including driving responsibilities.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of retail experience with 1–2 years in specialty retail management.
- Proven leadership and coaching capability with the ability to motivate a performance-driven sales team.
- Solid knowledge of luxury retail sales techniques, clienteling and visual merchandising.
- Demonstrated competence with cash control procedures and basic store financial processes.
- Strong interpersonal and conflict-resolution skills; able to handle customer complaints and HR matters professionally.

Minimum 3 years of retail experience, including 1–2 years in a specialty or boutique management role.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; vocational qualification or formal training in retail/management preferred.
