Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and coach the sales team to achieve individual and store sales targets while maintaining elevated customer experience standards.
- Perform key opening and closing duties and oversee day-to-day store operations and cash-handling procedures.
- Develop and sustain client relationships through personalised service, clienteling and styling guidance.
- Support upper management with execution of sales strategies, visual merchandising standards and promotional initiatives.
- Delegate tasks, manage the sales floor during shifts and foster a collaborative, high-performance team culture.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of relevant retail experience, preferably within premium or luxury retail.
- Demonstrable supervisory or team‑lead experience in a retail setting.
- Strong clienteling capability and a proven aptitude for building long‑term customer relationships.
- Flexible availability to work a part‑time schedule including peak retail hours, weekends and holidays.

Experience
At least two years of hands‑on retail experience with exposure to supervisory responsibilities; prior experience in luxury or premium brands is strongly preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; further education in fashion, retail management or business is advantageous.
