Account Executive — Wholesale (Italy, Maternity Cover)
Michael Kors (Capri Holdings) seeks an Account Executive — Wholesale (maternity cover) in Milan to manage Italian wholesale accounts and drive territory sales.

Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Senior Account Executive and wholesale team to meet and exceed territory sales plans and budgets for Italy.
- Manage a designated portfolio of Italian wholesale accounts, driving distribution, volume and profitability in line with regional strategy.
- Maintain and update sales forecasts and booking reports; present weekly business updates to the Senior AE.
- Execute in-season trading and seasonal market preparations with Planning to maximise sell-through and manage assortments and repeats.
- Raise and manage orders on the TB system, monitor business performance via Qlik, and ensure booking reports reconcile with orders before market deadlines.
- Coordinate with Customer Service, Finance and Logistics to ensure timely shipping, delivery clearance and resolution of account queries.
- Conduct store and showroom visits, develop strong relationships with retail buying teams, and support showroom presentations and sample management.
- Identify new business opportunities and communicate competitive and market intelligence to Merchandising and Planning teams.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of wholesale experience in a premium or luxury fashion environment.
- Fluent spoken and written English.
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and manage bookings in a wholesale/department store environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills and proven capability to partner cross-functionally with Planning, Customer Service, Finance, VM and Marketing.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a track record of pragmatic problem-solving, adaptability and driving results in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Experience
At least five years of direct wholesale experience within a premium or luxury fashion brand, with demonstrable success managing accounts, achieving bookings and collaborating with planning and commercial teams.
Education
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, Fashion, Retail Management or a related field preferred.
