Moët Hennessy in Épernay, France, is seeking a Supply Chain Intern to support packaging development and continuous improvement projects. Ideal for those with a background in supply chain operations.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Assist in the coordination of packaging development projects, including identity changes and targeted projects, by analyzing and appropriating dry material clusters, article references, brands, suppliers, and managing retro-planning integration and follow-up.
  • Support the Coordinator and Supply Managers in project deployment, including launches, end-of-life landings, nomenclature changes, and obsolescence management and optimization.
  • Organize and manage the sharing of concise updates with the team, contributing to written and oral communication strategies.
  • Provide support to various clusters in process optimization, MRP data quality, and obsolescence management tools.
  • Assist in optimizing reporting tools, particularly Power BI.
  • Contribute to the deployment of a specification document.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering or Business School with a specialization in Supply Chain/Operations.

Skills

Proficiency in English. Strong understanding of supply chain operations, particularly key procurement concepts (MRP). Familiarity with SAP is preferred. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (VBA is a plus). Experience with Power BI. Strong analytical and synthesis skills. Excellent interpersonal skills, team spirit, and enthusiasm. Ability to work autonomously, proactively, and with a high level of initiative.

Experience

Beginner level experience in supply chain or related fields.

Education

Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering or Business School with a specialization in Supply Chain/Operations.
