Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide a unique and exceptional customer experience to visitors, enhancing the brand's reputation.
  • Communicate the brand's values, heritage, ambitions, and creativity to clients.
  • Advise both French and international clientele on product offerings, introducing them to the brand's universe.
  • Deliver exemplary service, developing a deep understanding of clients' needs and desires.
  • Adapt to diverse clients and situations in a constantly evolving environment.
  • Take initiative to meet and exceed sales objectives and tackle collective challenges with the team.
  • Ensure client satisfaction and propose memorable experiences in collaboration with colleagues and the boutique manager.
  • Seek information and solutions to prevent client dissatisfaction.
  • Cultivate long-term client relationships and contribute to Customer Relationship Management (CRM) development.
  • Participate in inventory management, stock replenishment, and organization.
  • Handle administrative tasks related to shipments.
  • Maintain the boutique's appearance and assist with merchandising changes.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and developments.
  • Manage cash operations, including opening and closing registers, processing transactions, and resolving discrepancies.
  • Occasionally perform ticket sales and guided tours, embodying the role of a brand ambassador.
  • Engage in 'by the glass' initiatives, acting as a public relations sommelier or sommelier assistant.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Sales or equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in retail or luxury hospitality
  • Fluency in French and English, with a third language preferred
