Role & Responsibilities
- Provide a unique and exceptional customer experience to visitors, enhancing the brand's reputation.
- Communicate the brand's values, heritage, ambitions, and creativity to clients.
- Advise both French and international clientele on product offerings, introducing them to the brand's universe.
- Deliver exemplary service, developing a deep understanding of clients' needs and desires.
- Adapt to diverse clients and situations in a constantly evolving environment.
- Take initiative to meet and exceed sales objectives and tackle collective challenges with the team.
- Ensure client satisfaction and propose memorable experiences in collaboration with colleagues and the boutique manager.
- Seek information and solutions to prevent client dissatisfaction.
- Cultivate long-term client relationships and contribute to Customer Relationship Management (CRM) development.
- Participate in inventory management, stock replenishment, and organization.
- Handle administrative tasks related to shipments.
- Maintain the boutique's appearance and assist with merchandising changes.
- Stay informed on industry trends and developments.
- Manage cash operations, including opening and closing registers, processing transactions, and resolving discrepancies.
- Occasionally perform ticket sales and guided tours, embodying the role of a brand ambassador.
- Engage in 'by the glass' initiatives, acting as a public relations sommelier or sommelier assistant.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Sales or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of experience in retail or luxury hospitality
- Fluency in French and English, with a third language preferred
